Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at dream.beyond.limited@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return details. Please pay attention as we do not provide any shipping labels and we will not be held responsible for any postage costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.
We cannot be held responsible for any returned items lost in the post, you are responsible for returning goods to us, we recommend sending the package by tracked or special delivery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a return, you can contact us at dream.beyond.limited@gmail.com, indicating if you would like a replacement or a full refund. If your return enquiry is accepted, we will send you a return postage label and details. We will then send out the replacement or issue the refund (refund takes 7-10 working days) after receiving your item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items marked as "Used" or "Gift cards".
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please note that we do not refund any shipping cost.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
